Our Journey
2017
The inception of an idea became a multi-disciplinary organization that serves not only at the domestic level but also internationally. Ar. Manish Choksi, having completed his architectural education from CEPT University in Ahmedabad, instituted a startup under the name DESIGN CORE.
2017
When The Design Fector was still in the adolescent stage, Ar. Sahil Gajera collaborated with Ar. Chintan Bhadiyadra, who was at that time, an experienced architect from Singapore. Very soon, their partnership sailed for the most adventurous trip, professionally and personally.
2017
It was a significant turnaround when the duo won the local bank competition - an open competition where 25-30 architects designed the bank space. Their hard work and sheer commitment helped them gain the contract while winning the contest against the top architects, boosting their confidence with a milestone achieved for the organization.
2012

2017 - 2024
A blooming tenure, during which they left their fingerprints on - a chain of 45 banks, 290 corporate sectors, companies like Reliance, Gujarat gas, L&T, Sugar factories etc.
2001
During this time, DesignFactor's focus was routed towards the residential sector. Ar. Sahil Gajera & Ar. Chintan Bhadiyadra also made their first international trip to Singapore for a furniture exhibition, which turned into an exploratory trip. The exposure, networking, knowledge sharing, the various books aided in changing their perspective in architecture and interior design.
